• Orders for ready-to-ship products are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Orders for customized or personalized products require 5–7 business days for processing before shipping.

• We ship using USPS or UPS via Pirate Ship to ensure reliable and affordable delivery.

• Standard delivery times within the U.S. are 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tania@neisybustudio.com with photos of the issue.

• We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
